The PACT program is designed for families in Delaware County with children under 18 who meet the income qualifications. This program helps teach kids about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership by providing free or low-cost veterinary care for up to two family pets. The program works to help foster positive, responsible relationships between children and their pets, encouraging compassion, empathy, and lifelong care.
